Cassis is a South of France inspired bistro found in Calgary. This bistro is one of the best you will find serving French cuisine.

Born in the South of France near Provence, Cassis is owned and operated by Gilles Brassart. Wanting to create a restaurant based on his South of France roots, Mr. Brassart and his executive chef, Dominique Moussu, have done just that.

Brunch

Come out on Saturday and Sunday and treat yourself to brunch. A great selection of fresh brunch items awaits you. You can choose from Quiche du jour with a mixed fresh, crisp mixed salad, Omelette du jour made with fresh organic eggs and served with savory potatoes, or a warm sandwich of béchamel ham and cheese. Lunch and Dinner

Location and Hours

Cassis is found at 2505 17^th Avenue SW in Calgary.  The restaurant is open from 11:30am to 2pm, Tuesday through Friday, from 11:30am to 2:30pm on Saturday and Sunday for lunch and from 5pm to 10pm, Tuesday through Saturday and from 5pm to 9pm on Sunday for dinner.
