Cassis is a South of France inspired bistro found in Calgary. This bistro is one of the best you will find serving French cuisine.

Born in the South of France near Provence, Cassis is owned and operated by Gilles Brassart. Wanting to create a restaurant based on his South of France roots, Mr. Brassart and his executive chef, Dominique Moussu, have done just that.

Fresh is Best

Authentic South of France dishes are what you’ll enjoy when you visit Cassis Bistro, and the delectable creations you consume are always made with the freshest ingredients from the local market.

Brunch

Come out on Saturday and Sunday and treat yourself to brunch. A great selection of fresh brunch items awaits you. You can choose from Quiche du jour with a mixed fresh, crisp mixed salad, Omelette du jour made with fresh organic eggs and served with savory potatoes, or a warm sandwich of béchamel ham and cheese. Other choices available are a crispy toasted baguette with sweet jam or a fresh pastry basket. No matter what you choose, it will surely be delicious and satisfying.

Lunch and Dinner

If you thought the brunch menu was splendid, then you will be mesmerized by Cassis’ lunch and dinner menu. Diners can choose from selected meats such as Duck Rillettes, French ham, Alberta Prime beef, or Fresh Market fish just to name a few. There is something to suit anyone’s tastes!

Location and Hours

Cassis is found at 2505 17th Avenue SW in Calgary.  The restaurant is open from 11:30am to 2pm, Tuesday through Friday, from 11:30am to 2:30pm on Saturday and Sunday for lunch and from 5pm to 10pm, Tuesday through Saturday and from 5pm to 9pm on Sunday for dinner.
