An award-winning restaurant with plenty of great choices on the menu, Raw Bar was recently renovated and reopened. It's a Vietmodern themed restaurant with a new look. The talents of Chef Duncan Ly are showcased at the Raw Bar with plenty of great choices.
The Menu
You can enjoy the very popular Pad Thai or one of the many types of oysters provided. The restaurant offers plenty of other choices, as well, including:

You can even enjoy the Chef's Family Collection for $35 per person. This includes Spicy Tuna & Salmon Tartar, Stir Fried Gailan with XO Sauce, Chargrilled Flat Iron Steak and other choices.
For dessert you can enjoy a Green Tea Crepe Cake, House Made Chocolate Bars, Coconut Tapioca Pudding and many other delicious choices.
Of course, you will want to try one of the many house cocktails including Circa Sips, Classics, Punch Bowls, Creative Juices and more. Some of the top choices include the Kentucky Cream Soda, Rose Apero Spritzer, Aviation and many others. You can also choose from plenty of beer and wine choices.
Live Music
Local artists perform at the Raw Bar regularly. The line-up has included performers, such as Jon Matwiv, Alanna Clarke, Matt Blaiz and many others. Amy Thiessen provides a weekly set with Calgary-based musicians and you can enjoy plenty of great cocktails while the music plays.
Location and Hours
The Raw Bar is found at 119 12 Avenue SW in Calgary. They are open from 4pm to 11pm, Monday through Thursday and from 4pm to 12am on Friday and Saturday. The restaurant is close on Sundays.
