The Menu

For your main course, try the Wild caught Pacific halibut, the Angus striploin of beef, the Roast filet of red spring salmon or the Fresh tagliatelle. All of the dishes support local family farms in Alberta. Their main suppliers include Poplar Bluff Organics and Fifth Element Fine Foods.
