Alloy Fine Dining is the restaurant in Calgary that everyone is talking about. It’s owned by Chef and Owners Uri Heilik and Rogelio Herrera who wanted to create a fine dining experience unique from all others. They wanted to bring their creativity and passion into the restaurant by providing an escape through the culinary experience.

They bring their Mediterranean and Latin heritages to the restaurant with influences from Asian flavours. The menu and atmosphere is a culinary adventure that will stick with you after you exit the restaurant. Their guest-centric philosophy will leave you want to come back for more. About Alloy

Alloy brings global flavours from the award-winning duo Herrera and Heilik with a beautiful dining room and a fabulous patio. It’s located at 220 42 Avenue Southeast in Calgary and is open seven days a week for lunch and dinner. Stop in for lunch weekdays from 11:30am-2pm and dinner all week from 5pm to 10pm.

Menu

The lunch menu starts you off with a wonderful soup and salad list including the beet carpaccio, tomato salad and squash & roasted apple soup. Enjoy an appetizer like the calamari, crab arancini or tuna tartar. For your lunch entrée, dive in to the lobster melt, the beef short rib tacos, the beef tenderloin or the meatloaf.

Dinner features amazing options from the panko crusted wild prawns to the amazing roast chicken. Start with soup and salad options with the added seared scallop choice. The starter menu features a delicious truffle gnocchi, duck & prosciutto terrine or a spot prawn tempura.

For your main course, enjoy the arctic char, duck breast, lamb chops and so much more. Pair your meal with the perfect glass of wine and for dessert, try the lemon custard, the chocolate chili soufflé or the chai spiced cheese cake with a dessert wine or port.
